I had and liked the original Dior Homme Sport but i have learned that they have reformulated this in 2012. to the people who have used and worn both.There's at least one interim reforms it appears, but the general gist is 2008-2012, 2012-2017, 2017-present. My order of preference is 2008 (by a notable margin), then 2017, then 2012. All . The 2008 version is stronger, but the ginger is also stronger and can come off as a bit harsh if you're not a big ginger fan. I also get more of an aquatic accord in the 2008 version. In contrast, the 2012 version is heavier on the iris and is quite bit smoother in the opening. The ginger is still there, but it's blended more with the iris.
